If a third-party service is not actually enabled or used in the released version, it should not be represented as an active data collection or sharing practice in the final published policy.

If supported by the released App, camera, photo-library, or file-access permissions may be used when you choose to upload profile photographs, livestock photographs, documents, or other content.

These permissions are used for the feature you initiate. The App should not access photos, camera content, or files beyond what is necessary for the relevant feature.
