EpicStream is a mobile entertainment application that provides movie and TV-show discovery and related features. Features, availability, content sources, and supported devices may change over time.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.

4. Third-Party Services

EpicStream may integrate third-party services such as Google authentication, Firebase services, and entertainment-data providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

Movie and TV-show information, posters, artwork, ratings, descriptions, and related metadata may come from third-party sources. EpicStream does not guarantee that third-party information is complete, current, or error-free.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited by law, abuse APIs, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

EpicStream branding, software, design, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, artwork, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the service when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical changes, or legal requirements.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EpicStream is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EpicStream and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
